      How to adjust the hot melt machine return valve:

      1. Check system equipment, hoses, and guns to ensure they are in an ideal equipment temperature state.

      2. Loosen the lock nut that is attached to the adjustment screw of the return valve.

      3. Turn the motor, refer to Chapter 5, and adjust the speed.

      4. Open the gun valve to allow the adhesive to flow freely.

      5. Turn off the gun valve to stop the flow of adhesive.

      6. Until the ideal pressure is obtained, tighten the lock nut and the system completes the adjustment procedure.
